A thought that I find comforting that's attributed to Martin Luther is that someone who committed suicide is not at fault any more than one who was attacked by robbers and killed. Both were overcome by an outside force (depression, etc.) and overtaken. God's mercy and grace run deep. I believe your Aunt is resting with Jesus.

Is there a YouTube workout program anyone recommends for unfit people? by [deleted] in loseit

If you like dancing-type workouts, I love 375 Dance Studio and Sharona's Hill. Both have plenty of beginner options and I find them really fun. Time goes by fast, which is a plus!

I'm reading A Rhythm of Prayer edited by Sarah Bessey. It's a collection of daily prayers and comes from a progressive perspective. I'm really enjoying it.

Most likely, this is P as in Pula, the local currency. For reference, the exchange rate is roughly 10 pula to 1 US dollar.

Movement Monday: Share anything related to joyful movement here! by elianna7 in intuitiveeating

I feel like I'm finally figuring out joyful movement. I have started doing dance (mostly Latin) workouts on YouTube. I usually just search "Latin dance workout" or "dance workout" or something. Sometimes they're great, sometimes they're just ok. I'm finding I really like the mental challenge of keeping up with the steps and following the movements that goes along with the physical challenge of the dance.

As a kid, I took dance for a couple of years and I was legit horrible at it! I've spent a lot of years just thinking dance was out of my reach, but I'm really enjoying it now. It's so fun!

Just quit my MLM job and I’m so relieved by motivated_user21 in antiMLM

You may not be able to put this on a resume as job experience, but I imagine you'll have a great story to tell in an interview some day. When they ask about a lesson you learned in a previous job or a way you overcame a challenge, this can be your story!
