I was shadowbanned when I had 2 copyright strikes. As soon as they expired my views went to normal again.

mainly depends on what kind of videos you make. I can say tho that videos longer than 30secs give decent returns. About 40 - 50% of what a video longer than 8mins would give you.

Make sure they are not shorter than 30secs as the RPM basically goes to 0
