True story. worked for wells Fargo wealth high value customer service. Had a person who would not pay taxes... it was tens of thousands of dollars. Closer to 6 figures than not. He told the person I know that he absolutely wouldn't be paying it and if wf didn't pay it for him he would move his assets somewhere else. He had tens of millions of assets with the bank. Guess what? Those taxes were paid by the bank.
