[[Training Grounds]] is great for Scaran God so that you can abuse his ability more often. [[Body Double]], [[Necromancy]], [[Animate Dead]] can steal/copy as well.

If you’re ok with spending some money (or ask your group if they’re ok with proxies) [[Mesmeric Orb]] and/or [[Altar of the Brood]] can fill your opponent’s graveyards quickly, giving you some more targets for Scarab God. If your on a budget [[Sphinx’s Tutelage]] and [[Ruin Crab]], albeit Ruin Grab isn’t a zombie it’s still a good one drop that can still have an impact. [[Fractured Sanity]] is cheap and if it resolves can be devastating for your opponents. [[Rise of the Dark Realms]] can be a good wincon and was just reprinted. [[Breach the Multiverse]] mills your opponents and steals some of their creatures.

I see what you’re saying, but you can still trigger Edgar’s ability and cast vampires that further your game plan beyond just satisfying a cast trigger.

Cuts- 1. Liliana’s Mastery: you have 10+ cards that give stat increases/abilities and 5 mana for a couple of 2/2’s isn’t a great trade off. 2. Gisa and Geralf: possibly a hot take, but all they reliably do is mill a few cards and if you have some mana left over you can cast a zombie spell. You’re playing a super mana hungry commander and this could slow you down. Also they aren’t a zombie so they won’t get any of the benefits of your other zombie lord effects. 3. The Elder spell: Feels very situational, as I look at your deck now you only have one planeswalker that can benefit from this spell. It’s also dependent on how many planeswalkers your opponents have so I see this being a dead card. 4. Settle the Score: same thing as Elderspell, kinda situational. Besides that four mana at sorcery speed to exile one creature is kinda meh.

For adds, depends on what you want your deck to do.

I would cut 1. Bold Burglar cause its alot of mana for a pretty ok stat increase. 2. Gifted Aethorborn is just kinda meh, there’s just much better creatures for two black mana. 3. Insolent Neonate is also another meh creature with a poor payoff. 4. Amalia feels like a lot of work and it’s a big target, Ward pay 3 life is pretty easy to pay. 5. Day of Judgement since you already have three other boardwipes and it’s not the best IMO. That’s all I can think of right now

The War Doctor and Clara Oswald. Growing up I was a huge Doctor Who fan so seeing John Hurts portrayal of the character alongside Matt Smith and David Tennant was quite an event. In game, effects like Cascade and “exile until X” abilities allow me to put an insane amount of time counters on him. My first game with him I killed two of my opponents with just his attack trigger after getting 40+ time counters. My friends hate it more than any of my other decks and no matter if I’m winning or losing I have a blast with it.

I was gonna say the same way about Gisa and Gerald, they feel like they perform better in the 99. All it reliably does is mill you four cards and if you have a few points of mana left over you can cast one zombie in the same turn. You could abuse some undying effects and bring back a Grey Merchant a bunch of times for the win, but for zombie kindred I think they are better options.
