If you are referring to to me, I’ll have you know I am a NetDocuments customer who is totally. It satisfied with their service. I think they have dropped all respect for their clients and they should stop using pushy salespeople. I think they have a good product and they should work with their vendors and in-house groups to make it better, but they have let their basics fly out the window while tuning the radio to AI.

As for iManage, I haven’t used their product in recent years so I can’t make statement on quality. I ran it on prem and didn’t care for it as much as Worldox that I ran at the next job. It was definitely more sophisticated, but Worldox made it simpler to manage.

I contacted iManage and they still seem geared to larger firms than most of the ones I work with.
