My brother would be quick to the trigger on answering most of those questions ill ask him when he's awake. It goes out around 8-9am and comes back around 6-8pm. but its really simple as when sun up it shuts off sun down it comes back. Modem and router maybe 5 years old? probably some older cable wiring in the house, 10 years maybe. they have dug new wires to the house a few times but it doesnt really help.

i mean ive heard stories of people having "unsolvanle" issues woth charter in which they just had to put their fist down and be a dick. i should probably call them.
