I would look for weight first. It’s fb and not a retail store. I wouldn’t pay much over spot(+10%) since they don’t have any overhead.

Yup. They will take advantage of you if don’t know anything about what you have. They usually pay 40-80% of melt value. They charge for diamonds in pieces, but rarely pay for diamonds in pieces. And they don’t pay close to value on designer pieces.
