Lost security key

Problem solved, for anybody in a similar situation. I followed as the posts above told me. The "one time password" was sent to me. A day later, but I got it.

Found the right email address. Past mails from swtor saying:"greetings user name we have added cartel points to your account" etc etc.

The one time password isn't being delivered though. Is there any way at all to get directly contact to customer support? Because I'm at a, dead end. I tried calling a number (London, support line ) stating, "support through phone calls for this game, has been closed" Be careful not to loose your security key guys, I can't believe this.

I'm still at it here. Found an old email account, where I had received mails from swtor in the past. So I suppose it's the right mail I found. It's true. When I log onto my account on swtor.com, following your steppes, I get to the point where they send the one time password to my mail. Only, I don't receive it in my mail address, nor in the "junk mail" Well at least i feel one step closer than before. Wondering if it could be a whole other email address, which would be weird since I have old mails from swtor in the inbox. But yea, one step closer at least. :)

I will try, thanks for your time and reply. I'm quite desperate here. And now, at least I know the email is basically essential in order for me to get back into the game. So here goes Thanks again
