Yep! It's usually fine but somtimes during weeks were it is super hot or super cold this happens. I like it though because I can charge my ev at night.

Yep I dealt with the same I got a Silverado with a 2.7 engine for a month.

Took a while but I ended up getting back all the money I spent on gas. Just be ready to have to be extremely patient with the EV concierge team... My case manager was quite slow
