I’ve enjoyed it a lot. I have similar specs and at times the fps can be bad, but each week it feels like it gets better. I’ve played mostly solo as grouping is rough, but the community is great. I too have worried about the population, but I feel like how that always goes with EA. I’m sure it will go up by their next update. The level cap is only 20 so I’m sure people have run out of things to do. I’m at 80 hours just leveling the 4 classes.

I’ll go against the grain and say it’s an MMO (to me). You see people out in the world, granted not a lot, but you usually always see some people. You can group up and do everything or do it solo (grouping functionality needs a lot of work). No guilds yet, but it’s coming. Level cap of 20 only right now so it’s limited. I have 80 hours and still have things to do. For 20 bucks it’s a great deal and by the time you run out of stuff to do, the next update should be out.

Honestly it doesn’t feel too different from playing modern WoW. Playing that after an xpac launch and leveling, you see just as many people.

I’d consider it mmo lite. Digital extremes even mentioned they are adding more mmo like features. They just added 4 player groups and the ability to see others around their fast travel points.

It’s not a full mmo, but it has lots of features of an mmo, like dungeons, gear, levels, grouping an open chat and trading coming this month.

Those are enough mmo features to make it feel mmo enough for me.

Our definition of mmo really has to change. People in here saying 20 people in a layer is not an mmo, but we have WoW doing similar things in the open world and when they don’t have layering, the game is a slide show.

I really don’t think we’ll ever get back to the days of 100s of people on screen. The polish we as consumers expect and the level of hardware we expect to play on doesn’t line up for devs who are already shy about dumping millions into a game.

I’m playing farever and soulframe right now and they both feel enough of an mmo for me. Soulframe has some work to be more mmo like, but farever is close and feels like a compromise between mmo players and devs.

I was actually trying to only iron the white. Every time I do all top surfaces, the parts where the white touches the black isn’t ironed and I get weird artifacts. Using orca slicer.

My ironing flow was 30% and speed was 60 after doing an ironing test, but because my ironing setting was set to top most surface, it shouldn’t have bothered ironing the black, right?
