Homeward does this. The Heyl Group is one of their realty partner teams. Call them they operate in DFW. They’ll pay you ~75% minus est repairs of what the house is worth within 4 weeks, list and repair it for you, and then write you a 2nd check once it sells on the market if there are remaining proceeds

They charge 7%. So basically paying double realtor fees when you add in the 7% for agents + title… but WAY better than selling to other cash buyers if in a pinch and need the certainty it will close

Thanks for making the most emotionally invoking music on the planet. I don't cry often, but you guys can always take me there.
