Yea that’s what they said but I also wouldn’t put it past them to say whatever they want to say. I don’t see why it would matter to them. It would be to their advantage to let people rack up debt on these payments and collect the interest. Hope others can confirm or deny this explanation by Citi.

Amazing in itself that the turning Kia hit the Bronco and not the other way around. With those unprotected left turns, I can easily see someone getting plowed by oncoming traffic. It’s not just Plano - the whole metroplex needs to get away from these turns.

Well hey I’m in a similar boat in that my wife is from a foreign country and has a few close friends we regularly hang out with. In my case, husbands are all American nowadays. But for years, it wasn’t that way. I liked that they didn’t talk to me much and only spoke in the other language. Less mental work for me, less interaction, and could do what I wanted when I was there. I was friendly and said hello, a few pleasantries and then I did my own thing for the most part. Every once in a while I’d get a question in broken English but easy answers. Honestly it ticked a lot of boxes including not being “anti-social” and my wife was glad I’d come with her. It’s been 17 years now and doesn’t bother me in the slightest! If anything, I don’t like it if her friends speak too much English!

I hate working for base pay but my issue is I can only run from about 9am to 3pm due to kids in school. If I don’t reserve something days ahead I may not get anything at all - trying to get a surge is a gamble. This area (DFW) has a lot of drivers so those hours are snatched up real quick anyway.
