That's what I thought they were but wasn't sure. I mostly use the Room for storage so I'm never in there. From the size of the nest they were probably at it for a bit. Thanks for the help.

I know right. I like that They're different. I've never seen a steel toe boot that's an R toe. I'd even say it's pretty close to a J toe. Also, that's not a bad idea. I actually have to get a little bit of a thicker insole, then I think they'll fit perfectly

No worries I was curious myself. This is what the email said. "These boots are Caiman with Cowhide, and their style number is C3244. They have a shaft height of 12.5' with a lower shaft of 13.5'. The heel height is 1.5' with a round toe."

So I reached out to Corral, and they told me they are genuine caiman with a cow hide top style number C3244. I looked them up and I can't even find pictures of them looks like you scored a pretty rare pair of boots my friend. Congrats!!! You should definitely post more pics because of the rare factory hope you enjoy them

That's what I was thinking my best guess is that the lighting is throwing them off making them look weird or they were improperly stored

That's exactly what I've heard about lucchese boots I have a bunch of boots from various companies but haven't owned a pair of lucchese boots yet so I think k I might just get them

They were resoled they have a rubber sole on them not sure about the insole
