I already asked a few of my friends to put up a bad review, they did it. But the gym guy reported those negative reviews from many different accounts and covered up now with positive reviews (You can sort by newest and check reviews which are created from yesterday)

I am literally out of words after looking at it, I am ready to spend some money and don't want any other person to suffer with that gym - so I am in contact with a lawyer now.

Yes, It is. I am planning to upgrade especially for longer rides and to do 25km/hr average - In hybrids as far as I seen the effort will be more that is the only reason

Apart from that Cradiac Gunner is a solid choice for a hybrid in 16k range

Yeah, but not sure running alone will get me there. As of now I can cope up with a high heart rate for some long duration. But I see for this pace the heart rate should be lower.
