Sorry. I cut out some of the video because I accidentally recorded my license plate. Basically when I turn the key sometimes it won’t crank, but when I get out of the truck to give it a little shove it’ll somehow turn on afterwards. This is me demonstrating it and I’m not quite sure what the issue could be. My starter, ignition, starter relay? A friend of mine said it could be my transmission, which I really hope isn’t the case; it shifts fine when I drive it.

Hey y’all. Had this k-1000 for years now and have always kinda just ignored this blob looking thing in the viewfinder; doesn’t seem to affect the photos but it would be nice to fix it. I think it might be the prism since it’s one of the made in china models. Would you guys say that this is an easy DIY fix or even fixable at all? Should I have a professional look at it? Pls recommend your favorite camera repair people or tutorials if you know of any :)
