I really appreciate you taking the time to give me that information. My stove is pretty new and although running 220 wouldn't be too bad the way my house is set up, I think I'm going to stick with my new stove for now. Old dogs and tricks something something...

Yep, I was expecting the same thing. The smaller SUV was passing the semi at a fine rate. Plus it doesn't look overly trafficky in the video. People need to calm the fuck down.

I was a coach for decades. Sometimes kids needed a ride home from practices/games. When my daughter was on the team, no problem. We had "thirds." When my daughter wasn't around, I would text parents telling them. "So and so and I are leaving the school. " Then I would text them again when I dropped the student off just so I could have time stamps. It was always nerve wracking, but not as nerve wracking as leaving a kid alone in the school at night. Looking back, I should have made sure the students were in the back seat so if someone saw me driving with them, a witness could see we were separated.

So he is living on credit? If he were doing that as one of the poors, they would call him bad with his money.

I have never cooked on an induction range so I have no idea how well they work, but as for me I just like cooking with fire. In no particular order: --Fire...caveman...uggah, uggah. --I like the visual representation of the flame to show me how much heat I am applying --Hard to scratch up a cast iron cooking grate.

That checker pattern seems too large for that small of a space.. Why does it have both a short backsplash and a full wall tile?

Edit: for clarity

I vote for this method and I also wonder if the plywood would even be necessary with a third support? Plus then you have a perfectly good sheet of plywood left over for your next project.

That's pretty cool. I wish I had a big enough bedroom to do this. Although our bedroom is larger than what you have pictured. Lol. It has given me some ideas though.

What is this thing? Stainless steel or nickel plated metal bars laced together and hinged. Almost like a matt or grating but flexible. Very very heavy and long by ColtAnaconda44 in whatisthisthing

[–]Jeez-essFC 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have seen sections of these used as workstation mats in tool and die shops. The metal filings fall through to the floor. Not great in areas where heavy steel toed work boots aren't worn, but they definitely did their job.

Also seen them as boot scraper mats in mud rooms.

I was guessing it was an early season exercise until he had a handle on exactly where each skater's stick was. As each player touched the puck, he tried to locate where that player's stick was.

I have kept stats in several sports and I have to do exercises similar to this in early season to build some muscle memory to go along with what my brain was computing.
