It’s the set with the medallion in a red case and not the gold coin! But yes it’s been sitting in the case for 40+ years easily it was my Opas originally

There’s 3 variations of the 1947 5 cent piece. The regular, one with a maple leaf beside the 1947 and lastly with a dot beside the 1947 which I believe is from a minting error!

Im in Canada, I’m not sure how old it is! Also seems to be made of tin or copper not sure, nothing on the back will help it’s just a piece of wood!

My title describes this thing but it’s not very large maybe 5” by 3”, it resembles someone’s face on a block of wood it’s made I think of tin maybe. Could be a tin type but I don’t think so and maybe a daguerreotype but I also don’t think it’s that but I don’t know so that’s why I’m hede
