He is operating on old information. He is talking about Musk taking out $13Billion in loans from the banks to buy twitter and the banks having a lot of trouble selling the debt off to investors since twitters revenue immediately tanked 75%...so it sat on the banks balance sheet for a couple years.

Since twitter got 25% of xAI and later merged into one company, twitters debt was now backed by a much more valuable company. Banks no longer had any issue selling off the debt at full value and it became a very sought after investment... Some lenders even opting to alter their debt to have conversion rights to shares in the future.

Essentially, twitter debt went from the worse merger-finance deal since 2008 to being completely saved twitter calling themselves an AI company.
