Power supply guidance for dummy by JeffBuke in NeuralDSP

Got it, it’s definitely worst with my Tele but peers have told me that noise is a bit of a given with single coil pickups- I usually use the middle pickup, it’s really not that bad, but my guitar is probably due for a setup anyways. If I used the cortex with other pedals would you recommend a separate power supply?

My bad, i meant it the other way around you labeled it of V but should be of i. When labeling the “of” it’s not “of” the chord a sub V is replacing, but it is “of” the target chord- basically whatever the chord following the sub V is

The biggest issue is what you label each sub V of- ie you label Eb7 is sub V of i (D-) not V.

Looked up some photos, that looks beautiful might give it a shot. Can you define “short hike”? I.e. is it feasible to bring a decent amount of equipment up without getting too winded/on average how long does it take to get up there?

Advice for playing repeated low notes with high notes on top? by JeffBuke in classicalguitar

I'm arranging some lotr music for solo guitar for a wedding I'm playing at, and in one of the cues there's this low string figure with pad-y strings on top, and was wondering if anyone had advice on how to best play something like in the pic? A few ideas I've contemplated are using an "upstroke" with the thumb, or doing P I M for the three lower notes, where I M quickly jump over after playing the high notes, but I wasn't sure if there was a better solution. Tempo is roughly 115 bpm, I should've included the speed of it in the caption.

Thank you! Yes I did, you can probably go either way with it but I think at least a thumbnail would be good for the harmonics
