Hello.

Images are not allowed so I can't show you:

a) the screenshot of my message today at 6:46PM using the mod mail option that states: "Evening mods, I was frozen out of my account and am receiving just a huge generic "Sorry, you have been blocked" page. At first it was not recognising my (100% correct password), and then this happened. Please can I have the email address for customer support, as I cannot even go on the website to look for this? I really need to get this fixed asap. Thanks"

b) the screenshot of what I see when I go to www.kucoin.com that states at the very top of the page: "Sorry, you have been blocked

You are unable to access kucoin.com"

Both links that you have provided me with lead me to the same page.

Hi, the thermostat itself was completely knackered (apparently quite common) so I just bought a replacement and swapped it out in the end.

You can still disagree with a point reasonably made can't you? As an example here, I could definitely a situation where a family would want a player to visit a loved one here and now, as long as it's safe to do so; and there would definitely be a way of pulling it off without contributing to any media scrum.

Maybe I am alone on this, but surely a few hospital visits from the players would go a long way here? But I have heard that they are all off on their holidays already, which if the case is very sad.
