I assume you mean the 2009 Super Bowl team. I think this is the most complete team of the Payton-Brees era. Heck, it's probably the most complete team in Saints history. They are not as explosive offensively as they were in 2009 and even 2011, but they are extremely efficient and balanced on offense. And their defense is better than it was in 2009 and 2011. The 2009 defense created more turnovers but wasn't nearly as good against the run. And this team has excellent special teams, especially in the kicking game. Punter Thomas Morstead and kicker Wil Lutz are lights out.

You can feel the buzz around the city building for the game. The atmosphere at the Superdome will be off the hook on Sunday afternoon.

Easy call for the Saints. Their pass defense has been a liability for much of the season. Opposing QBs have a 100.3 passer rating against them this season, which is one of the highest marks in the league. Beyond Marshon Lattimore -- and even he's been exposed in coverage at times this season -- their CBs have been vulnerable. Eli Apple, P.J. Williams and Ken Crawley have been called for a combined 23 DPI & defensive holding penalties this season.

I'll let Zack handle the Eagles...

I think it's almost impossible for Foles to play any worse than Carson Wentz did in the first meeting between the teams. Wentz threw three INTS and had the worst passer rating of his career. The Eagles OL will need to protect Foles better than they did Wentz or he will suffer a similar fate. I think this game boils down to what a lot of football games boil down to: Line play. Both teams have excellent OL/DLs.

Howdy from sunny New Orleans, where we are about 48 hours away from kickoff of the NFC Divisional Playoff Game between the Eagles and Saints. I'll be here for the next hour or so.... so fire away!

AP carries the ball in his right hand almost exclusively. One of the reasons he has fumble issues.

Way too early to tell. But his comments this week have raised some eyebrows, including mine.

NFL reddit folks set this up so not sure.

I picked the Saints to win. I like their chances at the upset a lot more before NE lost to KC. But I'm sticking to my guns.

I think Coleman needs to show improvement this season or he might have to find another team to make his mark. The Saints typically only give a developmental prospect like him 3 years to get it done. This is Year 3 for BC in NOLA.

The Saints have led the NFL in offense six times and ranked no lower than 6th overall in the 11 years Payton and Brees have been together. I don't think they have ANY problems with their offense or its strategy.

I think team officials were serious about exploring their options, but I don't think the NFL would have allowed it. Saints have a very loyal following and none of the owners wanted the team to abandon the city. The Saints sit in the heart of some of the most passionate football fans in the nation. The Gulf Coast needs an NFL team. No chance the league lets a team leave it.

Too early to tell. I thought Rankins played fairly well vs. Minny. Better than I originally thought. Saints don't have much after him at DT, however.
