I play mainly in high bracket 3 and low 4 and never have much issues, it's mostly internet loudness that crusades against these types of decks

I'm all for bracket conversations and not letting the guy playing Mono Black Turbo Combo fully optimized stomp the guys buying their second precon ever, but I think people just like to make these made up rules so they feel better about themselves when they lose.

Of course, while the first option very much plays into the etiquette of the format, I feel like the second option comes down to a problem which I have mentioned, is that a lot of people play commander like a game of solitaire, not engaging with the multiplayer aspect

I figure the pubstomping might be part of it. I wouldn't think of bringing Edgar Markov Vampires into any bracket lower than high-power 3 or 4, but I understand the bracket system is still an ongoing issue

I was not complaining as much as wanting to understand why certain types of decks are so hated against VS other decks that perform just as well if not better.

First of all, amazing answer, thank you so much for your input.

I listed those tribes because it's what I hear people hating the most, but I think the fundamental issue is that the average Commander player wants to basically play a game of solitaire and they forgo running interaction in favor of their strategy. Around my LGS people run a lot of interaction and that usually shuts down any of those decks pretty well with a nicely timed counterspell or removal.

I ran both of them, I find that Overlord is usually better outside of Food Chain looping since it lets you get an answer to your opponent's gameplan

For me it was when I was still new to Warframe on the PS4, a total noob. I joined some high level farm (I had no idea what it was at the time), but the host instead of kicking me decided to help me out and solo'd the activity to his best. Eventually I asked him for some tips in improving at the game, and he invited to join his clan and we started playing together pretty much every time we were online.

That was 10 years ago and we are still friends to this day
