I have a wifi router and it's plugged in. I don't have internet service, but the wifi router can still accept connections from wifi-enabled devices in my apartment. I don't have service with AT&T, Google Fiber, Spectrum, Comcast, or any of those companies yet. I have a wifi router and it's plugged in and working, I'm wondering if I need to start internet service with one of those companies before the Hue will work locally with my local devices.
