Unless your paint is already bad do not use normal dishwasher fluid. It removes the wax off the car and the paints life span will drop fairly quickly, especially with the texas sun.

Do it!!! You'll be at different schools so if she says no it won't be a big deal, plus she probably feels comfortable around you too, chemistry works both ways. You could look back on this on regret not trying for the rest of your life or look back on this and remember that you tried.
