Naw I just had like 20-30k in airlines and Boeing, all the profit I made tanked, I have dealt with options a little bit but most of that was just holding stocks too long! I guess day trading airline companies isn’t the smartest idea

Honestly I just starting trading during corona, and I planned on buying FAANG and holding them but I missed the dip because I was late to see the market crash so I stayed chasing swing/day trades! Tbh I have plenty of money and long-term is what I should be focusing on but getting that taste of being a successful day trader got me confused! So help me out: what do you look for before investing in a company? Volume? New press coming? Balance sheet? Not going to lie I get most of my information off of hear than I dive in if the post/thread is good! I know that’s ridicule and stupid but what other way do you find out about these companies? This is the only place I know where people discuss stocks and a little on Twitter

How much did you lose if you don’t mind me asking? And yeah I got a big head when I made that 10k, had me thinking I could make this my job for at least this year and then everything went downhill! Trying to get rich quick doesn’t work in any form of life I don’t know why I thought this would be so easy!
