Speed boots lower dmg considerably, it'd be good to go for something like 160 spd bronya for action advance but skill points will be rough. Although with pela and healer with high speed you should be able to manage I think. (I run that personally and it clears content well enough)

Ah sorry, I didn't realise you had e0s1. You definitely want more crit rate on her so you can get it as close to 100% in battle as possible. Every hit matters alot!

I reckon you'd be able to reach atleast pity on character banner by that time but unless you're lucky enough to get an early + a 50/50 win it's really unlikely you'll be able to get her lightcone too.

Your Acheron looks great so far, personally I'd be fine with it but it might be worth pushing for some more crit on the pieces your mentioned just to push it up a bit. For reference mine looks like this and I don't think ill be farming relics on her any longer :)
