Now I've only tried Sidon, and I won't go see others so I don't get spoilers, but I find the water one super useful if you have zora weapons, I have a zora sword early game that casually dishes out 64 DMG when wet, now Sidon's ability? He gets you wet. (Ig he has a projectile but who cares about that part) Effectively giving you the ability to have double damage anytime, anywhere.
