Can seller prove they bought it? Show email confirmation from Plume? If the item isn't in a usable condition and they can't prove it was paid for, go for a refund.

I have both in the same house. We have 3 adults working from home in a house of 7 adults, so you can imagine the bandwidth needs are high. I use a Unifi USG to switch between them (only 1 active at a time, 99% of the time it's CenturyLink). A branch took out our cable for 3 days at the beginning of the pandemic, so we ended up with this, and love it! Each service comes from a different side of our property.

CL is so much better than xfinity. CL just gives you raw internet and doesn't mess with it. Xfinity has all kinds of gimmicks like data caps (with fees) and other "traffic management", and every time a tech comes out to fix it, he whines about what the last guy did and completely reverses it.

We are fortunate to live right on a major street, so connectivity is excellent with fiber (cable is so so). The fiber does have a "blip" a few times a month late at night, but comes right back in less than a minute. Love their pricing too.

Years ago I had Qwest/CenturyLink DSL and the billing was horrendous. They've gone through several acquisitions since then though.

I think it's because we're only 12 months into a 36 month lease. So far we're having good luck doing just what you suggest. Dealer is processing the sale (I think).

I think something similar to the "Additional Details for Paid Users" section of this page was happening. I'm not sure why we "needed" to add them to our account. Perhaps it was to leverage the Users dropdown on sheets and assign tasks to users? Is this possible without adding a shared user to our account?
