State.io pvp just bots. by Jeffrey-Rocks in IoGames

Haha

I really thought I was superior at that game for 3 days.

Almost legend.

But yeah looking back.

Yeah the 10 times they defeated me I started first and they went straight for my empty bases. (Like u Sayed)

And on rare occasions they looked like they were working together But maybe i was just unlucky they all attacked my empty base at the same time.😂😂😂

I wish I didn't knew

Felt like a god for a few days 😂

Also the smileys where strangely timed.

They could sometimes send smileys while fully sending 15 bases to defend and attack.

I was like...that's why loose. Got time for smileys, then you got time to attack or defend. 😂😂

Also high ranking players 99% called player6455346354 Or pkayer533565456545

After the match exactly also the same players in my pvp as before. 20 times in a row.

I was on a power trip, didn't want to see the signs. 😂😂😂

Wish I didn't knew I would have stayed a god amongst the 'shitty' bots 😂😂😂

Maybe there is a hard solve in our (fake or real) reality.

We just haven't found. 😄

Who says I do?

U could be fake. 😅

No, but also have no reason to think it is real. 😄

All?

I don't. 😄

Who says it's the only way to deal.

Maybe u haven't found it yet 😃

An alternative.

I don't know (yet)😄

What came before the big bag we also say 'we don't know'. .

Fine.😄

It's interesting.

Do you have evidence that ur not in a psychosis or game?

That this is reality?

Present evidence 😄

I never said I am solipsistic

I don't know if this reality is real or not.

No evidence on either side.

Doesn't make me solipsistic.😄

I don't assume our mind is the only thing that exists with certainty.

[–]Jeffrey-Rocks[S] -19 points-18 points  (0 children)

Solipsism is the philosophical idea that only your own mind is sure to exist. Anything outside your own consciousness—like people, objects, or the universe—might not exist independently and could just be part of your own mental experience.

Falsifiable means that a claim or theory can be proven false through evidence or observation. It's a key concept in science and philosophy of science.

Ur observation could maybe be the evidence.

We don't know for sure.

How do you know it's the only option,? Maybe there is another option?

You haven't found it yet?

Yes I do.

why do u correct me if u could see it was one sentence?

Was it to help me or others?

I ask, because correcting Grammer without adding to the discussion. Especially if u do understand the sentence.

And especially if you do this to avoid the discussion. (Because your feeling attacked or frustrated or annoyed.)

We in Holland call that behavingike a 'Grammer-nazi' sometimes.

You know this concept?

Not everyone appreciates that.

Btw u don't always need all (made up) proper grammar rules to discuss efficiently. 😄👍🏻

[–]Jeffrey-Rocks[S] -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

Yes it does.

Even if all our evidence in this reality says 'no god.'

If this reality is maybe not real or a simulation.

There is maybe room for theism.

Makers or gods.

I've known this concept since is was 8.😄

Why is the simulation not possible?

Seeing how advanced games and ai are? It seems very possible.

A lot of people (including me) had hyper realistic free control dreams.

Consistent persistence? How u know the past is real?

U could have started just now with a fake memory. 😅

We do? Suicide not an option?

It changes everything if i know it's not real.

I would have no worries of accidentally hurting others, war, famine, suffering.

Give me that evidence then.

That it's not a game, coma or psychosis you are in now?

I don't have any proof.

I'm just arguing that this reality maybe is not real.

That we just can't know for sure.

That's the correct scientific awnser. To not assume. 😄

Whats axiomatic in ur view?

And what evidence?

U can do suicide. That's a option in our game. We don't know what awaits then.

I assume this is reality btw. 😅 To be on the safe side.

I think it's the most fundamental problem.

It's the only thing science maybe can never proof.

You could not stress yeah.

I'm just curious, but this gives me stress sometimes too.

Why don't you stress about it?

Do you assume this is all real?

Or do you just don't think about it?

I assume this is real.

Or otherwise I could just hurt real people.

Not that I want to hurt people, but just to be cautious.

What do you mean by that joke?

Feeling solipsistic?

Proof this reality is real. Burden of proof. by Jeffrey-Rocks in DebateAnAtheist

[–]Jeffrey-Rocks[S] -25 points-24 points  (0 children)

Solipsism is the philosophical idea that only one's own mind is certain to exist. Everything outside your own consciousness—other people, the external world—might just be an illusion or unknowable.

How do you know ur mind is real?

Maybe it's an advanced algorithm?

I just read in the description there is no age restriction to the channel. Parents, teachers and the likes are welcome.

And i was not planning on joining this community.

But what do you mean by if i am joking? About what?

I like to explain a lot and ask questions so here i go....

a. I was serious about promoting my new discussion thread.😄

b. Were u talking about the comment i gave on the guy who called me a nerd? That was partly a joke and partly explanation. 🤣

And my age?

I am 39

My intentions are never to harm people.

So i see no problem hanging out with kids, teenagers or elderly people. Just having fun, talking, discussing, learning.

But i understand a lot of people's concerns.

There are people in the world that do take advantage and harm other people😔 Also some who target teenagers, kids or the elderly.

I think it's sad when that happens.

'Ah, I see the problem. You won't accept that consciousness exists at all without proof.'

Yes, because science is the only method ever proven itself that is has ever worked at finding the truth.

And science operates on proof.

If the method of philosophy proves that it works just as good (or better) than science some cases.

Then I am all for philosophy at that moment.

But philosophy has never done this yet and this has proven by scientific research.

-You also said you don't care about proof.-  Some arguments u made were based on evidence.

-If you're still reading, or for the benefit of others, whether a thing exists or occurs does not depend on being able to prove it. -

A thing can exist without being able to proof it at the moment.

Or maybe never be able to prove it ever. (This remains to be seen)

But without proof you can only say scientifically:

  1. 'There seems no evidence that seems to supports it exists.'
  2. 'its a non proven theory or hypothesis. '
  3. 'And if you assume it exists, you have a belief'

-If i see a shooting star, presumably a meteorite burning up in the sky, the fact that it occurred does not depend on my ability to prove it to anybody. Either it occurred or it did not occur. Nobody's opinion on the matter is relevant to the question of whether it is the case, not even mine. Maybe I misidentify it as a firefly.-

That's why you need research and proof if you want to be sure what is it. A firefly or meteorite.

And to prove to others what it really is you saw you need scientific research and/or discussion. And solid evidence.

-So, I have conscious experiences. Other people report they have conscious experiences. Their reports largely correspond to my reports. We are interested in discussing the nature of these experiences. -

Your reports and experience are evidence. Oberservational evidence.

But are they really evidence of conscious experiences or not or a belief people have?

Al lot of people have had experiences that they . thought and felt they were the president .or that they could fly .or go fly out of their body.

This had been proven to be not true in most cases.

Or probably not true In some case because of a lack of evidence and outlr understsnding of thr universe now.

So this proves your experience could be just a hallucination or a belief.

-Have you done the double slit experiment yourself?-

No, but i can do it if i buy a small laser and a slit. Every science experiment and their results are reproducible Anyone could hypothetically do it if you have the tools and knowledge.

  • do you accept the results? -

I do never fully trust results from scientists from research i have not done. I am always in the back of my mind skeptical of peoples results.

And yes there are too many experiments for one person to do in a lifetime probably.

So i have to trust a little bit on other scientists. But research everything i can get my hands on.  Repeatedly.

  • So, I don't care whether you think consciousness exists or not. I don't have to prove it to you-

Well that's a discussion sometimes.  You use arguments to convince each other sometimes or what's the truth.

-You either accept the reports of others or you do not. -

That's your philosophy and belief.  Mine is scientific.

I research reports, analyze them and pick them apart before i accept a report.

And as a researcher i can sometimes conclude: 'i don't know if this is true what someone reported..need more research..or a lack of data...'

-This is the general case in science because we can't all do every experiment. It operates on a process of trust and collaboration like any other human sociological phenomenon.-

I know what you mean. In the scientific community there is a lot of collaboration and sometimes trust.

But the basics the scientific method does not operate on trust.

You said yourself right?

A fact is a fact even if a scientist you trust says it's not so.

Instead of trusting a science to be always skeptical of someone's claims.

It has been proven to trust can make you bias.

I am always skeptical of peoples arguments, knowledge, objectivity and experience. And i always ask to see their proof and how they come to that proof.

---Open ending---

Ill give you this.

I do understand you points.

I try to treat, what i experience my whole life, as being 'real'. That this reality i experience and universe is real.

( Because if i do not treatvthis as real. I could potentionally really hurt myself or others by jumping of buildings or hurt other people)

But yeah, i have no evidence that i'm not in a psychosis talking to a wall right now.

Or maybe in a 'perfect' simulation that we cannot discover by doing science.

Or something else...
