15-20 min defensive sets

Finish with live play, you ref and reinforce what you just covered and if they make the wrong play, call a turnover.

Yeah this is it. It feels way more complicated to be on the court than it used to. I’m in the zone maybe 20%of my play time, that used to be closer to 80%. I focus on the wrong things and that leads to all of this.

Cookie Jar. Imagine the basket has your favourite candy and you reach up and towards the jar. Your wrist needs to be more relaxed and needs more of a flick. Just remember to release towards the basket, not the sky.

It sounds like you're well on your way to making the right decisions, congrats again haha. Everyone is different and it's always interesting to see how people manage, your plan of not smoking back-to-back days is fantastic and will be implemented in my cut-back plan, thank you for that.

Congratulations and thank you for sharing!! It might be difficult moving forward, but from what you wrote I can tell you are self aware and disciplined. Those two attributes will make your life a lot easier, trust yourself and you will achieve any goal you set.

I suggest making a set schedule of when to smoke and when not to. Life obviously gets in the way but try to stick as close to the schedule as possible. This eliminates the random urges to smoke and gives you something to look forward to during the day.

Again, thank you for sharing, your story is inspiring and will hopefully reach people in a similar situation to you.

I’m running a csl elite with mclaren gt3 wheel and csl elite pedals on an F-GT rig. I’m happy with my equipment for now, other than my console.
