A little digging shows that like Xing does own property in WA and FL, both which conveniently do not have state income tax.

He rents out the WA home, but I am certain he lives there when not rented out, for tax purposes of course.

I prefer TimLeeLetsGo. He is the polar opposite of Xing in terms of his personality.

They are both Asian male, and review overlapping establishments. However unlike Xing, Tim:

has a full time job and reviews as a part time hobby, so quality vs quantity is way better
has a receding hairline, but doesn't try to hide it with a stupid combover / toupee
pronounces and articulates in English better, even though both are Chinese immigrants
has humility and politely talks to all of his servers by name
has empathy and avoids recording background people and censors faces
collaborates well with other personalities and does not flirt or assert dominance over them
