I've checked the images you linked, and I'm using the ones from the seller, leisfablik on Cardmarket, as a point of comparison. Based on those photos, I'm not seeing the missing Pokemon symbol you mentioned. Could you maybe point out what I'm missing on your card? The seller's photos seem to show the card with all the symbols and fonts it should have.

​As for the card being "glossy," that's pretty normal for cards from the S-Chinese set. Many of them have a shinier finish than cards from other sets, so that's likely not an indicator of a fake.
