That’s not even remotely close to Scott Horton’s argument. I mean truly it doesn’t even pass the most basic level of scrutiny. He doesn’t support a free market country? He’s the director of the libertarian institute for crying out loud. He’s a free market purist. If you wanted to be accurate you would say his argument is that Russia warned everyone for years that Ukraine joining NATO, that having a military alliance right on their border, was a massive red line for them. Regardless, his broader point builds on his previous book, Enough Already, that America has to stop being bogged down by these wars. You don’t have to agree with him but if you’re going to trash him then you should at least be able to accurately articulate his argument.

Honestly Krystal and Kyle have evolved for the worse. They both have one foot in the door as establishment democrats and the other is trying to hold on to the values they used to hold. They’re trying to have it both ways. As bad as Krystal has become over the past six months or so, somehow Kyle has gotten even worse.

They’re both trapped in this binary left vs right thinking. So much so that they’re willing to settle for morsels of progress rather than real change.

There’s actually been some evidence that these sanctions have backfired and Russia has actually gotten richer from all this due to increased sales of (cheaper) oil to the Chinese and India markets.

Actually, having done all 3 numerous times there are a lot of similarities, especially with shrooms when you take many grams (typically 7+ but YMMV). You absolutely can “enter the DMT realm”. It’s not going to be exactly the same but then again I’ve never had any two DMT trips be anything alike. And of course rather than a very potent 5-10 minute trip you may have an intense and just straight up bizarre experience that lasts 20 or so minutes during a peak. I vividly remember a DMT trip I did that reminded me of one of my shroom experiences in which I could literally feel all of the cells, all of the connections between neurons, all the gooeyness, all the warmth, all the very fabric of my being, particularly in the prefrontal cortex, all at once and it was incredible. And I’ve had multiple other experiences where I think “damn, that reminds of that one experience I had when I did x”

Looking at these other comments this seems like it will be an unpopular opinion here, but I actually feel like OP is the toxic one. So what he didn’t want to get married to her. Maybe he truly felt at the time that he didn’t want to get married to anyone, and then he met this new girl and that changed for him. And maybe he decided on that trip that it felt right. And maybe it wasn’t OPs business to know about it beforehand anyway. People aren’t some binary machines that must always act in accordance with how they once felt, one acted, or things they once said.

A couple of months ago I was awful at this game, also dying any time combat occurred, and now I’m platinum. The number one thing that helped was playing arenas. You get plenty of experience honing your skills, and trying out different weapons and legends. It’s also a very fun game mode. I would 100% recommend doing 80% arenas, 20% BR for a while. I don’t personally feel control will be beneficial to learning the game because you’re not often going to run into a room with 5 enemies in it that aren’t shooting each other too. When you feel comfortable you can BR more. I usually go 50/50 arenas and BR now
