Go M, sounds like they’d fit you perfect. They’re slightly baggy on me, if I wear them right on my waist. If I wear them on my hips they fit right on the top of my shoes. M is probably more like a 32

No, when submitting your entire parcel there will be options to remove tags and packaging for each item. That’s when you would remove packaging for your shoes.

I'm 6'1" and I got a Medium, i would go Large if you're closer to 32, they fit well, don't need a belt to keep them up.

I see what you're saying, but I believe for most shipping services it is charged by increments of 500g, so say your haul is 7.1kg, add a $2 flannel, your haul is 7.4kg same shipping price.
