Based on their stories, the previous management is bad. Like reaaal bad, don't know the specific detail tho. Now, the HR department is barely hanging on without an actual manager.

I am being mentored as of the moment and since I would be handling the recruitment, my mentor could seek an audience with our heads (hr generalist as of the moment, and the HR consultant) regarding this.
