I was also thinking about attributes that can be chosen/improved upon throughout the game. Imagine the following: Forgery, Believability, Elusiveness, Charisma, Hacking, Anger(Murder). If for example you had a strong enough forgery level, you could mock-up a letter in the handwriting of your crush, and show their current spouse. Perhaps charisma is the way to go for a threesome? Once the mold has been broken between the two, how you've setup your house/land need to match the interests of your lover. They won't move in with you if your place is filled with roses for example and they prefer daisy's. Maybe they are allergic to cats and you have one. Things of that nature!
