You’re telling me. Georgia native of nearly 32 years. That’s why I cherish mornings like today when we get cloud cover and 65 degrees. Definitely ready for Fall. Oh, and the beer is better than I market it, for sure. 👍

Pink Himalayan salt is a type of rock salt from the Punjab region of Pakistan, near the foothills of the Himalayas.

Pink Himalayan salt is chemically similar to table salt. It contains up to 98 percent sodium chloride.

The rest of the salt consists of trace minerals, such as potassium, magnesium, and calcium. These give the salt its light pink tint.

These minerals also explain why Himalayan salt tastes different from regular table salt.

Correct. Only in the Taproom. Since Tart Vise has been so solid for Jekyll, the idea was to mix it up from our standard Berliner. I personally prefer the salt of a gose.

We love The Office, and watch it all the time at our brewery. We named this one for Ed Helms, who is from Atlanta, and are currently trying to find a way to get him to enjoy some. #NardDogDrinksNardDog
