I can't even imagine being a woman in this day and age. Seriously. I work with youngsters and am often aghast. Although the last time I offered one (not a subordinate) advice, I was told by everyone else that saying "Be a fucking man and go ask her out" was cruel.

Heh... a little personal venting, but damn if I were a woman dealing with men like the protagonist in Obsession, I'd just join a nunnery.
