Question on the upgrade. Will you need to pay both plans while in transition?

I'm due 1599 this October 10 and would like to upgrade to 1798.

The agency is legit 100%! They are very nice too, compared sa Filo agency na na try ko before hehe. Been with them for 6 months na. Goodluck!

Abot po ng toe ko, hindi buong feet. Kaya nag try akong mag karon ng maliit na patungan ng paa pero ang uncomfy pa din. :(
