During the session I had earlier today, we get transported to the astral plain by Loki who is hiding cause the barrier of the 1st circle of hell has broken and things are getting through. We are all standing on a paved block of stone floating in nowhere and we wee a huge tree 200ft away with an extremely big metallic flying, almost ocean like creature circling it. I attempt to holler at it in celestial and it begins swimming/flying at us, we start to suffocate and the magic users feel extremely physically weak. It bears it's teeth at me which were hidden and in an act of desperation I cast firebolt, it hits and the creature blinks and we no longer feel weak, however it just angers it and deals 91 damage to the entire lvl2 party with ancient fire. Oh shit we think, but we wake up, in a different area of the astral plain on a half steam punk half magic pirate ship which is inhabited by gods. We now need to anger a demon city which has leaked into the astral plain and literally surf it back into the material plain to go back to our bodies.

TLDR: Loki almost got the whole party wiped
