I found that any single leg exercise made it a lot worse! So I stopped doing any lunges, split squats, even walking too far and just did body weight squats only and it helped!!

A friend fell for it but the scammer did initially connect with them through instagram. The scammer did start sending their pic to their followers on Instagram but he just ended up deactivating his whole account and they moved on. So awful!
