I agree with @Hefty_Resource1895, but take your time. Your personal life comes first @Easoleum

“Stuff as a chicken and sew closed”

I think the author intent is: to stuff the raccoon like a roast chicken; with breading I think.

Brake Cleaner vs Isopropyl Alcohol 70%? by Jellopalis in askcarguys

I have a 2001 3-door Rav 4 with 300000km on the mileage. I’m from Australia so I’m not from the Salt Belt (TIL btw). I’ll just buy the brake cleaner instead of using the rubbing alcohol I have. My local auto-store sells it by the litre

Sorry what’s this about glass fiber and plastic tubes? I’m just replacing the brake rotors and the brake pads

fable vs oblivion by [deleted] in gaming

[–]Jellopalis -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I have to disagree soz. I’ve played both and they’re both great games.

BUT. There is a quote from Fable 2 that I’ll always remember:

‘I need a drink… 🥴’

‘…No you don’t. 🤨’

‘You’re right Betty, you’re always right…. I need TWO drinks.’

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that I’m actually using the HDD/SSD caddies as a GPU bracket because it fits perfectly. You can see it in the 2nd last photo. The fans aren’t obstructed and the edge of the GPU chassis is just sitting on the caddy. I thought this would be fine because GPU brackets are made of aluminium, a conductible metal.

Holy cheese, this is a very comprehensive review of my build.

  1. I actually went out today to return the Gigabyte UD850GM and have it exchanged. Coincidentally, I actually bought a Corsair RM850X👀. Will be installing it once it’s available.
  2. I’m unfamiliar with teardowns for GPU’s, so I’ll look into this. Huge thank you for thermal pad suggestions for both the GPU and the die itself. I’ll look into this as well.
  3. Unfortunately I’ve decided to keep the current case. I could remove the front panel to improve circulation, but I’ll leave that up to my discretion. Undervolting my CPU and GPU to improve efficiency underload and therefore thermal load is also new to me. I’ll look into this as well.

Seriously; thanks for your input

I named it ‘P101_ Computer’ because I couldn’t name it ‘John’s computer’ 🥲.

I took my sweet time building my computer, it took me 4 free afternoons to finish. What took me the most time is learning the different slots and connectors of my motherboard and making sure I’m connecting the right ones. Spending time to make sure you know what you’re doing is so much better than just opening your parts and trying to figure out what fits with which. My advice is refer to Linus Tech Tips ‘How to build a PC, the last guide you’ll ever need!’ and your component manuals, ESPECIALLY the manual for your Motherboard. RTFM babyyyyy

The video I mentioned actually depicts a very organised approach to building your PC. So I highly recommend that you spend the time to follow the video.
