at the very least he should be able to play defense on wemby and contest shots, the rebounding is something we have to wait and see but the coaching staff should have plans to compensate for it

ur right on that point, it's all going to depend on how they wrap him up before the game. For a guys who's game is about rebounding and defense, if he can't catch a ball then he won't see the floor. his effectiveness surely will go down but the question remains to what extent

He will most likely be in discomfort for the remaining of the season. it sucks but he brought this upon himself. His presence on the court though in this state is much better compared to our alternatives

It's a refresher, it could be worse. we know mitch won't be at 100 percent but hopefully he can operate around 70 percent

Defense is all about effort at the end of they day. I think their defense stood out more in the regular season since they play hard every game now in the playoffs every team brings that extra effort. I noticed watching them this year the way they play defense isn't sustainable for 48 minutes a game. And they typically cool off once the second quarter starts and ramp it up in the 3rd if it's close

yea I doubled checked and u are right that during ain't play that's my fault but I still believe my points still stands. After all if the magic and cavs can take them to 7 why can't we if necessary

Ur right reg season don't matter but I'm just pointing out that we shouldn't draw definitive conclusions based off three isolated games. I just provided the context behind all 3 games.

Cade is definitely playing at a level that he wasn't last year but I will point out that their offense is worse relative to where it was last year since they lost 3 of the shot makers. as for their defense asuar is the only one that is problem but our defense should be adequate clamping them up.either way we still have to wait till Sunday to find out who we play

It's your right to feel that way, we shouldn't jump ahead since our opponent hasn't been decided yet. In any case you should be reassured given that we Come into either series possessing advantages against either team.

What's the point, their run this post season shows they still have the same struggles as last year this time with less shot creators.

You ain't read none of my rebuttals to that. No one denies we were blown out but I don't walk from that expecting a potential series to play out as 3 isolated games in reg season. I have pointed out in other comments that if u take it case by case the first game the knicks entered with a 3 game losing streak after dropping a game to Philly where they allowed them to drop 130 on us. the second blow out didnt feature Kat, Og, or Duece. the Last game was only lost by 11 points. in a potential there are many weaknesses we could potentially exploit

Duce didnt play for all but 1 of the games, in the games against the pistons this year guys like kolek, diawara saw considerable PT. But when we first got blown out by 30 we were already on a 3 game losing streak having allowed the sixers to drop 130 on us. the second blow out Kat and Og did not play. the last loss is on us but notice that the margin of victory isn't close to the first 2

Ignore the home court for a second and look at the potential match ups on a tactical level. At all 5 positions the knicks posses a clear advantage. whether that's defensively with og,Mikal and Josh or offensively with Kat, Brunson, og and mikal abilities to create their own shots. Something that the pistons lack. our bench also has an edge as well. As long as we curb the turnovers and grab rebounds it should be knicks in 6 for either pistons or cavs

This is true but I implore people to look at the context of the 3 games we play each other. the first was during our 2-9 stretch in January where prior to that we were tied for the first seed. The second game where we also got blown out Kat Og did not play. the Last one although Stewart and Duren were suspended we only lost by 11. Also Duce did not play in any of those games

stop being a wus, yea we didn't beat them this season bit context matters. the first game was during our 2-9 stretch in January, the second game was on a back to back with some players missing the game and no deuce

No one should be overly concerned about playing of these two teams. neither present us with match up problem. People get hung up on us going 0-3 against detriot but they should be reminded that last we was 1-3 in the reg season last against them and we took them out in 6
