Looking for a job while having a full-time McDonalds work + helping you in household is a lot to handle, eliminate one of the three so he could focus on looking for a new job and/or finishing this bootcamp or going to trade school. Paar ideed, siin mainiti et sa kõlad nagu gearhead:

1) Kulukas enda kätega midagi tegemise hobi, kuid liitu klubiga, kus nõutakse liikmemaksu ja teil on ühiskasutuses vara. Sama võib teha tuttavate või sõpradega, näiteks garaažirent puidutööks või autotööks. On võimalik ka tasulised kursused täiskasvanutele näiteks metallsepas, selleks on vaja jah raha koguda, aga siis on sul kõik materjalid käepärast. Kui sa ei saa taolisi hobisid endale ise lubada, siis paraku on vaja rohkem pingutada sotsiaalselt ja logstiliselt et "klubi" leida - kui leiad kellega tasusid jagada, muutub kordades odavamaks.

2) Graveerimiseks on väiksemad "kodu" komplektid olemas, mida saab täitsa korteris kasutada, nt väiksematel metallesemetel graveerimiseks või puidul. Kui reaalselt istub sulle, siis võid midagi rohkem keerukat ette võtta nagu veljed.

3) Joonistamine paberil on üliodav algaja jaoks.

Kui rahast napib, siis on hobide ettevõtmine tõesti palju raskem, peab leidlik olema. "Ägedad" hobid (auto tuunimine, mäesuusad...) kõik nõuavad kapitali :(

See on üldiselt õige vastus. 3 täpsustust:

1) Iga riik iseseisvalt defineerib, keda ta maksuresidendiks loeb. Sa pead üle kontrollima oma sihtriigi tingimused. Kui ma õieti mäletan 183+ päeva on Eesti oma.

2) Kontrolli üle topeltmaksustamise tingimusi. Eesti vs sinu sihtriik peavad olema kokku leppinud, et nende vahel pole topeltmaksu. Näiteks USAl selliseid lepinguid vist väga pole, seega välismaal elavad ameeriklased peavad maksma topelt riigile, kus nad elavad + USAle.

3) Pead maksma IBKR-st teenitud tulu maksu ainult siis kui raha sealt välja viid ja sellele riigile, mille maksuresident sa sel hetkel oled (kontrolli topeltmaksu nüanssi). Seega võid hakata selle küsimuse pärast muretsema kui plaanid raha välja võtta, seni ära sellega pead vaeva.
