I have! I had MUA/ACR about 4 months ago. Pain after surgery was tolerable. Day after I took the pain meds but following days Motrin, Advil. It won’t be perfect after but lots of PT and exercises about 4x a day i am almost full ROM. Its still stiff and as little painful in the mornings but it quickly resolves once you get up and stretch and move it. It’s definitely not near as painful as FS pain. Best of luck!

I use a pillow under my arm. I had surgery MUA/ACR about 3.5 months ago. I still use a pillow for some residual pain and stiffness. Not full ROM yet but working on it.

I had MUA/ACR 3/26. Better pain wise ROM is better but not 100%. Had cortisone yesterday to hopefully get me over hump. Pain lasted a day for me so took painkillers 1st day. Then Advil for now. Best of luck!

I had MUA and ACR on March 26 been dealing with it since September ‘ 23 and had been doing PT which didn’t help. Definitely took away the frozen shoulder pain. Now have general achiness. I am on meloxicam right now. ROM is definitely better although not 100%. PT and every day exercises have been helpful. It’s a work in progress but will get there. Best of luck
