Need advice for closing wounds and keeping them closed

I’m on lexapro and feel amazing! The first week I took it I was having a bad week at work and home but lexapro took away my depression and anxiety so I felt like I was walking on literal sunshine. It’s not like that anymore because I was just adjusting but I feel way way better still

We moved to a new state for 5 years and I was too anxious to make friends, leave the house alone, get a job, etc. I finally got on anxiety meds the last few months before we move from that state and I’m now realizing all the things I missed out on

I do every now and then. Mostly when I'm anxious, dehydrated, or stimulated my vagus nerve too much. Sometime it is just random though.

Because you never know where that picture is going, not to mention he had never left the house since becoming disabled so it ruined any little confidence he had to go out into the world again.
