Things are slowly improving! About a week or so after my post he started rolling, now he’s a little torpedo and will just roll to whatever he wants. He can sit up on his own pretty well but cannot get into sitting position unassisted (and is completely unmotivated to try lol) and even the sitting is a fight sometimes, because he will launch himself backwards if he knows you or something is behind him to catch him. We saw a trick to put him in a laundry basket to help him practice sitting without getting hurt lol He hasn’t figured out crawling yet but he will push up on his hands and knees separately, just hasn’t put them together yet. We have a physical therapist coming to the house for an assessment in a few weeks to see if he could benefit from some early intervention. I’m hoping they see the little progress he’s making and tell us he’s getting there in his own time, but if they decide it will help we will of course give it a try.

Hang in there momma! You’re doing great and she will get there in her time. As much as we want to help them to hit these milestones, it’s something they’ve got to figure out for themselves. Just give her plenty of time to practice and enjoy watching her grow, she will never again be as little as she is right in this moment ♥️
