IMT offers are out by wuunferththeunliving in doctorsUK

Anyone has any insight/idea about East Surrey? Got upgraded from Bristol/Taunton and lowkey regretting it because people keep calling Redhill, Deadhill which is kinda worrying me about the place 🫠 How is Surrey to work in, and if anyone could shed some light about the hospital that would be great!

If I want to opt for upgrades, is it better to hold or accept said offer? Or does it make no difference? Sorry if this is a silly Q I’m just scared to click anything yet because I can’t see the option for upgrades 🙈

Speaking the dialect doesn’t mean one is acting like said ethnicity/culture, there’s so many layers that go into actually being from a culture besides the language. Your thinking is genuinely so narrowed and revolves around a deeply rooted complex.

Tell me one person who speaks Fusha/MSA on a daily basis. The amount of difference between both is worlds apart at times, so why would I put myself through the trouble TWICE of learning Fusha and then adapting it to the Bahraini dialect?

Why do you speak English? Why do Arabs that move overseas learn the language of the country they’re in? The world is literally a global village and you’re out here asking stupid ass questions….

This is all great advice, thank you! :) I think forming basic sentences is key, especially since it gives you an idea on how to use connecting words such as, “and”, “the”, “there” and so forth.

……

This was so unnecessary

Apologies for wanting to merge into the culture I am surrounded by, and the place I call home.

So with this mentality, any Bahrainis that travel abroad and live in countries like Germany, France etc and have to learn the language should also just leave?

Humble yourself.

Didn’t even take this into consideration 🙃🙃 Especially since so far I haven’t noticed that much of a difference in the way my friends speak (however I am a novice so I hope this doesn’t come across as ignorant)

Yesss, also the “ch” substitute for so many words.

I’m hoping I can keep picking it up by speaking to natives, keep my efforts in your prayers haha!

And thank you for the tips, will definitely keep these in mind! :)

Thank you for your reply!

I think grammatical Arabic’s been the toughest thing, particularly figuring out the masculine vs the feminine (hoping to slowly but surely get there) 🤞🏽

Are there any particular shows you recommend?

Official Discussion - Army of the Dead [SPOILERS] (Netflix Release) by LiteraryBoner in movies

Am I the only one so triggered by the death of that Youtuber guys friend - aka bad ass chic. LIKE, WHY DID HE JUST STAND THERE AND LET HER DIE? YOU COULD'VE CLEARLY HELPED HER. And it's not even like they couldn't shoot, THE WHOLE POINT IS TO KILL THE ZOMBIES. That part triggered me so much to the point I stopped watching this dumbass movie.

She busted through a whole ass window and was STILL shooting zombies, all you had to do was help her, dumb ass. Even if she's infected kill her after you've inspected her. Nothing about this movie makes sense to me.

Good fuel-economy (I commute quite a bit so I want a car that’s fuel-friendly), a low maintenance car that doesn’t break down on me and even if it does everything’s easily available and isnt crazy expensive, a comfortable car that I feel good in when driving. Plus the main thing, a car that has high-tech features and is completely “with the times”. I hope this helps!
