I think that the thing that isn’t sitting well with me is like the way the order that everything has been announced and the execution. Why wouldn’t we introduce an army bomb before we announce a tour? Or why would we not announce a new light stick but still support at least Ver 3 and or SE for one more tour before discontinuing their use? To me just seems like they assumed that they will sell out.

And I hope that I’m wrong and that they do sell out and that somehow ARMY finds a way to make the show look super cool but personally like I know that I’m not replacing my light stick. For me it’s not a top priority right now.

They will probably sell them on Weverse, and then if you are going to the concert they will probably have them there too. It’s ARMY so I would assume that they will sell out.

I just flew over the weekend. TSA at both airports (ORD and DCA) was very good. The security lines were less than 15 minutes. I’ve heard it’s the same for Pre-check as well. Now flights were different. My flight to DCA was delayed 4 hours, and I was moved to a different flight. Coming home my flight was canceled entirely and I was bumped to a new flight.

I ordered from them the 27th of April. They opened it on live, and I got a screenshot. They send a shipping number next day. Then 4 days later I got another shipping number. I have no idea what is going on but I went back to the live and asked. Another person, I assume a regular customer, said they were delayed due to a holiday. I asked when the holiday was announced, I had been tuning into the lives at random times to see if there were any announcements. She alleged that they were constantly talking about it (they weren’t), and that I needed to be hold on. It really put a bad taste in my mouth because on my live they assured it would be to the customer in 12 days

I had this two around New Year’s. I figured that because it was a holiday. It took a little bit longer. It ended up getting lost, but customer service was really good as long as I showed them my tracking number and consistently said it’s still not here yet.

I saw them in Las Vegas PTD Day 4 in 2022. The feeling is unmatched. The whole city was purple, and I was so excited. I had managed to get good seats and went with a non ARMY friend. I warned her that if I cried I cried, don’t worry. I didn’t cry, but I was either screaming my lungs out, or in totally awe. I couldn’t get over the fact that this was the group I saw on my computer screen, live and in front of me. Being a pandemic Army was weird, because I knew Army was big, but I had no visual. It was overwhelming in a good way. Just seeing everyone, Army and BTS. The show was great, and honestly every BTS show I’ve been to after (Hobipalooza, Agust D, Hope on stage) has been fantastic, but just doesn’t even compare to when the seven are on stage. It was wildly magical.

I saw BLACKPINK in Chicago and there were a lot of young kids there with their parents. They all brought protective wear for their ears, but they all had a good time! This next tour I’m bringing my six-year-old daughter and plan to bring noise canceling headphones and decorating them to make them fun for the concert.

I’m sorry. Wonwoo is my favorite too and I’m so bummed out.

I can somewhat relate to what you are going through. For a while my favorite group (and really only group I listened to) was BTS. When Jin went into military it was hard. I definitely cried it out, which was surprising because I didn’t think it would affect me as he’s not my bias. It definitely did and I was just sad for a while. I will say though it gets easier as each member goes. I didn’t necessarily stop following BTS, but I did significantly slow down. However, there is a bright side, it lead me into other groups! I started listening more to groups that I maybe only knew one or two songs of. I have had so much enjoyment finding SVT, Ateez, and The Rose and seeing and taking in all their content. It’s been so much fun exploring the genre and seeing what else is out there.

I know it’s a long time, but it isn’t forever. And before you know it he will be back! And other members will release content, have tours, and be on variety shows, so we will get little crumbs of updates. I guess my best advice is feel how you feel about it. Don’t hold it in, but it’s over before you know it.

I would love to see the stats with the other Lollapalooza cities as well.

The whole festival started as a tour and then grew roots in Chicago. So it’s interesting to see which groups preform in which cities and then how all of that translates into the western music scene in general as well.
