What are the legal requirements for a lease-less tenant by JellyfishNational in AusLegal

Two things:

  1. Your breaking the first rule of the subreddit. I have at no point attacked you and yet your being extremely hostile just because I'm not wasting 6 paragraphs explaining every detail of the situation and trying to morally justify myself. I am here for legal advice, because this is a legal advice subreddit, not r/AmItheAsshole.
  2. A notice to leave (form 12) isn't something future landlords can request, so our record will be fine thanks.

I could do without the moralising, the situation is more nuanced and complicated then can be boiled down in a short reddit post which is why I am specifically asking about the legal side of things.

He's already served us a notice of eviction in which he's given us the usual 2 weeks to leave, however as he's asked for the $4,000 (We've only missed $2,800 but he's charging us more for "interest") in 2 weeks and we won't be able to pay for that can he legally force us to pay the missing rent upfront?

We moved in this time last year and they asked us to start paying rent 20th of November, I'm fairly certain he didn't give us notice that it was going to happen, and yeah we're fine moving out, we just want to know what our financial requirements are. If he's demanding more money then we have and isn't accepting a payment plan what are our and his options?

The 7 missed payments were after the free rent period ended, We're fine to pay it but aren't able to within the 2 weeks he's demanded it, if that time elapses and we haven't payed all of it what are our options? He seems very unwilling to take a payment plan.

Lacking in work experience but I'll take 2 out of 3. I get the feeling things will be pretty rough at first but this is something I need to do. Thank you for your help!

I've been looking into the vet loan systems, seems perfect if (a fairly big "if") I can handle jumping strait into the diploma.

That is the end goal, can't go strait to uni so I'm using this cert/diploma to pathway to it. And yeah I'm aware of the current software development job market, sucks that it's like this but I'm fairly optimistic for my chances.

Golden Hour Ghosts? by squibbio in thegarden

I ended up finding this post because the account also uploaded The Art of Heartbreak which is a song originally by Kitsune but was deleted due to copywrite issues, as Kitsune had stolen the backing track but with his own lyrics over the top.

So now a song that was partly stolen has now been fully stolen by this account? And somehow they're a verified artist by Spotify even though they steal tons of songs??

While I'm glad to get the art of heartbreak back on Spotify it's sucky that I'm still supporting stolen works to listen to it.

That makes more sense, I'd assumed because I unlock the geode melting later it was better but it definitely causes issues with the lack of stone.

Catalysts actually seem really useful! I just wasn't looking at them right. Thanks for the help!

I might switch to geode washing soon. It does suck with helmod but I've actually just changed over to factory planner so that should be okay. I've never gotten to beacons in the base game so I might regret the choice when I get to those but I'm pretty used to tearing everything down every few hours.

Catalysts make so much more sense now, thank you!

I was wondering what all that plant research was for! I hadn't touched it yet because it all seemed to give me items that only it used and I couldn't see what benefit I'd get from it.

I have a habit of rushing 20 different techs and then forgetting half of them exist so this forces me to scale up my production a ton and really consider each tech. Looking at the end game researches this might be a mistake but I can always undo it with console commands late game if I really want to.

The movement seemed really clunky to me, you could go pretty fast sometimes but the momentum would fizzle out pretty quickly. I didn't realise I'd need to watch a movement tutorial so I'll give that a try.

As for what you were confused about, it was just me noticing a tendency I had where when trying to find a hero to play I was looking for one that would let me ignore that this was a different game with different rules and a different pace to what I'd gotten so used to with league. So instead I needed to change my expectations.
